Google Sheet and Salesforce Integration Using Zapier

What is Zapier?

Zapier is an online integration tool that will help you to integrate your apps with different apps.

It works without code. 

This allows you to automate tasks without having to build this integration yourself. Or hiring someone to build this integration for you.

 

Integrate Salesforce and Google Sheet using Zapier

1. Create Zapier Account using this link : https://zapier.com/sign-up 

You can login with Google Also.

 

2. Create Google Sheet and Mention Fields like this:

 

3. Create Zap in Zapier using Create Button like this:

 

4. After clicking on New Zap a new screen will appear.

Search Salesforce in the search bar and Select Salesforce  like this:

 

5. After Select Salesforce you have to select event New Record like this

 

6. Now you need to connect your Salesforce Org then click continue.

 

7. In the Trigger section Select Salesforce Object as per your requirement.

 

8. Now Google Sheet Section choose  Event Create Spreadsheet Row

 

9. Choose your google account

 

10. In the Action section choose Drive, Spreadsheet and Worksheet like this:

 

11. After that Sync Google sheet Fields to salesforce Fields like this:

 

12. After that You can Test the Zap by click on Test  section 

 

13. Now create a contact record in the salesforce org which you connected with zapier.

Contact object created like below.

 

14. After creating a contact record in the salesforce org, this record will be saved as a row in the google sheet which you connected in the zapier.
